BIDANG PERDAGANGAN LUAR NEGERI
Kepala Bidang Perdagangan Luar Negeri membawahi 3 Seksi :
Kepala Bidang Perdagangan Luar Negeri mempunyai tugas melaksanakan penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan tugas; menyiapkan bimbingan teknis pembinaan dunia usaha di bidang ekspor impor, meningkatkan pengawasan mutu perizinan dan rekomendasi di bidang ekspor impor;
menganalisa iklim usaha dan pemantauan komoditi di bidang ekspor; meningkatkan kerjasama dengan bidang usaha di bidang ekspor impor, melaksanakan pendataan komoditi potensial di bidang ekspor.

Untuk melaksanakan tugas tersebut, Kepala Bidang Perdagangan Luar Negeri menyelenggarakan fungsi : 
  1. penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan tugas Bidang Perdagangan Luar Negeri;
  2. penyiapan bahan dan data yang berkenaan dengan pelaksanaan tugas Bidang Perdagangan Luar Negeri;
  3. penyusunan petunjuk teknis pembinaan dan penyiapan perizinan serta rekomendasai kegiatan usaha di bidang perdagangan luar negeri;
  4. penyusunan norma, standar, prosedur dan kriteria perdagangan luar negeri;
  5. pelaksanaan bimbingan teknis pembinaan dan pengembangan ekspor, impor dan pengawasan mutu barang ekspor;
  6. pelaksanaan analisis iklim usaha dan penyiapan bahan pembinaan dunia usaha di bidang perdagangan luar negeri;
  7. penyebaran informasi perdagangan luar negeri dan peningkatan pelaksanaan promosi serta kerjasama pengembangan dunia usaha di bidang perdagangan luar negeri;
  8. pemantauan dan pengevaluasian pelaksanaan kebijakan teknis di bidang perdagangan luar negeri;
  9. pelaksanaan peningkatan pengembangan dan promosi pendataan;
  10. penyusunan laporan hasil kegiatan bidang perdagangan luar negeri;
  11. mengikuti rapat teknis bidang perdagangan luar negeri;
  12. pengevaluasian pelaksanaan tugas Bidang Perdagangan Luar Negeri;
  13. penyusunan laporan pelaksanaan tugas Bidang Perdagangan Luar Negeri; dan
  14. pelaksanaan tugas lain yang diberikan atasan.
