Program Kegiatan Seksi Perlindungan Konsumen dan Tertib Niaga
Kepala Seksi Perlindungan Konsumen dan Tertib Niaga mempunyai tugas melakukan persiapan pengawasan barang dan jasa yang diawasi, Pengawas Barang Beredar dan atau Jasa dan Penyidik Pegawai Negeri Sipil Perlindungan Konsumen, melakukan penegakan hukum di bidang perlindungan konsumen serta melakukan koordinasi antar instansi terkait di bidang perlindungan konsumen.

Untuk melaksanakan tugas tersebut, Kepala Seksi Perlindungan Konsumen dan Tertib Niaga menyelenggarakan fungsi:
  1. penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan tugas Seksi Perlindungan Konsumen dan Tertib Niaga;
  2. penyiapan bahan dan data yang berkenaan dengan pelaksanaan tugas Seksi Perlindungan Konsumen dan Tertib Niaga;
  3. penyusunan norma, standar, prosedur dan kriteria pengawasan barang beredar dan perlindungan konsumen;
  4. pengawasan barang beredar;
  5. perlindungan terhadap konsumen;
  6. persiapan bahan bimbingan teknis pengawasan barang beredar dan jasa yang berkaitan dengan perlindungan konsumen;
  7. pelaksanaan bimbingan teknis pengawas barang beredar dan jasa yang berkaitan dengan perlindungan konsumen;
  8. penyusunan laporan hasil pelaksanaan pengawasan barang beredar dan perlindungan konsumen
  9. mengikuti rapat teknis 
  10. pengevaluasian pelaksanaan tugas Seksi Perlindungan Konsumen dan Tertib Niaga;
  11. penyusunan laporan pelaksanaan tugas Perlindungan Konsumen dan Tertib Niaga; dan
  12. pelaksanaan tugas lain yang diberikan atasan.
