Perdagangan Provinsi Bengkulu Hj. Foritha Ramadhani Wati, SE, M.Si membuka
Acara Sosialisasi Proses Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah di lingkungan
Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bengkulu, bertempat di Aula
Disperindag Provinsi Bengkulu.
“Tata cara proses pengadaan Barang/Jasa terdiri dari swakelola dan penyedia. Penyedia menggunakan pihak ketiga yg mampu menyediakan barang/jasa melalui mekanisme e-purchasing, penunjukkan langsung dan Lelang. Seluruh pengadaan barang/jasa, pengadaannya diwajibkan menggunakan e-purchasing selama barang yang tersebut tersedia. Hal ini dikarenakan sistem karena Lebih aman, tertata sistem adminstarsi, memperkecit resiko fraud (kecurangan) karena semua history proses tersimpan”, terang Ibu Riza Evita, SE, M.M, selaku Pejabat Pengadaan Barang/Jasa (Unit Kerja Pengadaan Barang/Jasa) Provinsi Bengkulu.
Pejabat Pengadaan adalah pejabat administrasi/pejabat
fungsional/personel yang bertugas melaksanakan pengadaan langsung, penujukan
langsung, dan/ atau e-perchasing. Batasan nilai pada pengadaan langsung
contohnya untuk Jasa Konsultasi Konstruksi maksilmalnya Rp 100 Jt dan untuk Pekerjaan Konstruksi
maksimal Rp 200 JT.
Dalam pemaparanya Narasumber menjelaskan tahapan-tahapan
pengadaan barang/jasa yang sangat perlu dilakukan, yaitu Perencanaan Pengadaan,
Persiapan Pengadaan, Persiapan Pemilihan Penyedia Barang/Jasa, Pemilihan
Penyedia Barang/Jasa, Pelaksanaan Kontrak, Serah Terima.
Selanjutnya dijelaskan juga tahapan Persiapan pemilihan
dilaksanakan setelah pejabat pengadaan menerima permintaan pemilihan Penyedia
dari PPK yang dilampiri dokumen Persiapan pengadaan Barang/Jasa. Meliputi : Review
dokumen persiapan pengadaan, Penetapan persyaratan penyedia, Penetapan jadwal
pemilihan, Penetapan dokumen pemilihan.
Kegiatan ini diikuti
juga oleh Sekretaris Disperindag Prov. Bengkulu, Meri Cahyadi, SE, Seluruh
Pejabat Pelaksana Teknis Kegiatan (PPTK) dan Staff PPTK, dan staff Sekretariat
Disperindag Provinsi Bengkulu. (Al)
