Banyak cara dilakukan
untuk membantu di bulan Ramadan ini, salah satunya seperti yang dilakukan UIN
Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu menggelar pasar murah yang dikhususkan bagi
masyarakat di lingkungan UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu dan juga untuk
masyarakat umum lainnya. Bazar pasar murah ini diselenggarakan pada Rabu –
Kamis, 6 s/d 7 Maret 2024 bertempat di Halaman Gedung Pelatihan UIN Fatmawati
Sukarno Bengkulu.
Bazar
murah dalam rangka menyambut Bulan Ramadhan 1445 Hijriyah yang diselenggarakan
oleh UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu dengan KPw Bank Indonesia dengan Tema
“Peran Perguruan Tinggi dalam Upaya Pengendalian Inflasi di Provinsi Bengkulu.”
Hal ini bertujuan untuk membantu
ekonomi masyarakat yang kurang mampu untuk dapat membeli kebutuhan-kebutuhan
makanan khususnya makanan pokok dan kebutuhan dapur. Dengan diadakannya Bazar
Murah diharapkan dapat meringankan beban masyarakat sekitar untuk mendapatkan
sembako murah.
Rektor UIN Fatmawati Bengkulu, Prof. Dr. KH. Zulkarnain, M.Pd membuka pelaksanaan Bazar Murah dalam Menyambut Bulan Ramadhan 1445 Hijriyah. Dalam Sambutannya Rektor meminta kegiatan ini harus digalakkan karena dapat membantu masyrakat sekitar, Rekor juga meminta para Dekan untuk mengajak Mahasiswanya meramaikan acara Bazar ini. Bazar murah ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat sekitar dan pegawai UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu yang membutuhkan sembako dengan harga yang lebih murah menjelang Bulan Ramadhan.
Bapak Oka Suhendra, SE selaku Kepala Bidang
Perdagangan Dalam Negeri Menyampaikan bahwa Bazar murah menjual beberapa jenis barang
kebutuhan pokok masyarakat, seperti beras, minyak goreng, telur, Cabe Bumbu
Racik, Kecap, Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih dan barang dari UMKM Provinsi
Bengkulu. Harga sembako di Bazar murah dijual dengan harga lebih rendah dari
harga pasar. Hal ini dilakukan agar masyarakat menengah kebawah dapat membeli
sembako sesuai kebutuhan, dalam menghadapi bulan Ramadan.
Kegiatan Pasar Murah ini turut dihadiri oleh
PT. Sungai Budi Group, PT. Indofood, Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Bengkulu,
Bulog Perum Bulog Wilayah Bengkulu dan UMKM Ende serta undangan lainnya. (Dw)
