Pemerintahan Provinsi Bengkulu dalam hal ini Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bengkulu, Selasa tanggal 14 Juni 2022 mengadakan rapat penanganan logo The Bencoolen Coffee di Ruang Rapat Rafflesia Sekrtariat Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu sebagai tindak lanjut telah diterbitkannya Sertifikat Merek atas Logo The Bencoolen Coffee dengan Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu selaku pemilik atau pemegang merek tersebut oleh Direktur Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia.


Hal ini selaras dengan Misi Bapak Gubernur Bengkulu, H. Rohidin Meryah, M.M.A, yaitu Untuk Mewujudkan Masyarakat Bengkulu Yang Maju, Sejahtera dan Hebat, dengan pemanfaatan Merek The Bencoolen Coffee ini dengan baik yang dapat meningkatkan Penghasilan Asli Daerah (PAD) Provinsi Bengkulu demi kesejahteraan Masyarakat Provinsi Bengkulu.


Rapat dipimpin oleh Kepala Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bengkulu Ibu Ir. Yenita Syaiful, M,Si. dan Kepala Biro Perekonomian dan SDA Bapak Zahirman Aidi, S.Pd, M.Tpd. serta turut dihadiri oleh Kepala Biro Hukum Setda Provinsi Bengkulu, Biro Pemerintahan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat  Setda Provinsi Bengkulu, Inspektorat Provinsi Bengkulu, Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu, Eselon III, Sub. Koordinator dan Pejabat Fungsional terkait dalam Lingkup Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bengkulu.
