Sosialisasi perlindungan konsumen tahun 2022 merupakan suatu rangkaian acara peringatan hari konsumen nasional yang diperingati setiap tanggal 20 April, yang dilaksanakan di Hotel Mutiara hari Selasa, tanggal 31 Mei 2022.


Kegiatan sosialisasi perlindungan konsumen bertujuan untuk mengedukasi konsumen agar sadar dan paham akan perlindungan konsumen sehingga konsumen dapat melindungi diri, keluarga dan masyarakat sekitarnya agar terhindar dari akses-akses negatif terhadap penggunaan/pemanfaatan barang/jasa yang beredar di pasar yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuam perundang-undangan.


Kegiatan sosialisasi perlindungan konsumen tahun 2022 di buka oleh Kepala Dinas Perindustrian dan perdagangan Provinsi Bengkulu ibu Ir. Yenita syaiful, M.Si. Narasumber yang terlibat dalam acara ini adalah kepala dinas perdagangan, koperasi, umkm, dan perindustrian kabupaten Rejang Lebong, Kasubdit Indagsi Reskrimsus Polda Bengkulu, dan Kepala Balai POM di Bengkulu.
